Phil has more than 35 years of experience in curation and performing arts executive management in North Carolina, Chicago, New York, Vermont and elsewhere.

Heather is a native of the Blue Ridge, who grew up in Boone, NC and is thrilled to return to her roots. She is a skilled arts administrator, dancer and interdisciplinary artist with more than 25 years of experience in the performing arts sector, most recently serving as Executive Director for See Chicago Dance, a service organization specializing in marketing and advocacy for Chicago’s vibrant dance community.

A Charlotte, NC native, Michele is an experienced communications professional with more than 20+ years of content creation, branding and communication strategy experience. A seasoned editor, who most recently led the team at Charlotte Parent Magazine and charlotteparent.com. In her spare time, she enjoys exploring the outdoors and arts with her husband and two boys.
